A dark and inefficient kitchen was given a top to bottom update in this lovely family home in the west end. A central island in rich mahogany is surrounded by three walls of soft white cabinetry, including a stunning china cupboard with custom designed leaded glass doors. This design is repeated in the beautiful hand glazed backsplash tile behind the range.

Morning sun streams in through a new bay window that showcases the lush rear garden. The existing kitchen table was refinished and the chairs given an ebony stain for a more modern, graphic look. An expansive new pantry wall provides plenty of much needed storage. The small laundry just off the kitchen was also updated with new cabinetry and an eye catching wall of mosaic tile.
