Timothy Johnson Design worked extensively on our clients’ sprawling former family home, renovating and decorating the kitchen, family room, bedrooms and several en-suite bathrooms over the course of a few years (see Coldstream Avenue). So when the couple decided to downsize, TJDesign was once again called upon to redesign the new home to more align with their tastes and lifestyle. A new streamlined kitchen and spa-like master en-suite were part of this extensive renovation. Dark, ornate rooms were pared down and painted white to brighten the spaces and accentuate the clients’ impressive collection of paintings and objects d’art. Richly veined marble, luscious wool carpets and an eclectic collection of fine furniture further enhance the overall sense of comfort and luxury.
