This impressive six bedroom contemporary home in Lytton Park went through an extensive renovation over the course of several years. The large kitchen was given a modern update with soft neutral cabinetry, quartzite countertops and European appliances. New hardwood floors continue into the adjacent family room, itself updated with a stunning new fireplace wall, highlighting the clients’ worldly collection of eclectic objets.

The scope of work also included several ensuite baths and powder rooms throughout the home. The goal was to bring an overall sense of calm, harmony and consistency to the spaces, culminating in the complete redesign of the dramatic master ensuite. Tubs were removed in some instances to make room for spacious walk in showers. Modern amenities such as custom vanities, heated tile floors and shower seats were implemented in each bath, as well as a spectacular marble fireplace surround in the master. Walnut and lacquer accents add to the overall tranquility of these spaces.
